Selangor beat Penang 23-13 in men's water polo at SUKMA 2026, with star player Brandon Wong scoring a whopping 11 goals to lead a dominant second-half surge.
A first quarter fraught with penalties kept the game close, but Selangor took control from there — pulling the lead out to at least five goals by the third quarter, with several penalties falling Brandon Wong's way. Wong finished with 11 goals, well clear of teammates Benjamin Fung Dejian (4), Khairul Dean (2), Ryan Han (2), Aidan Wong — Brandon's brother — (1) and Liong Sze Jie (1).
