Atlas Poolside Coverage
Atlas Poolside · Athlete Coverage Submission

Your swim still deserves coverage.

Atlas Shotz can’t be at every meet. If your athlete dropped a major PB, hit a qualifying standard, broke a record, or produced a genuinely significant swim, submit the details for possible coverage across @atlas_shotz and Atlas Poolside.

What Counts as Significant?

Not every swim needs coverage. Some do.

We prioritise performances with clear competitive meaning. The stronger the context, the easier it is for us to review, verify, and decide whether the athlete should be featured.

01

Major PB

A clear breakthrough swim, especially where the athlete has crossed a meaningful barrier or made a large time drop.

02

Qualifier

A swim that achieves a national, state, age-group, school, club, or championship qualifying standard.

03

Record

A verified meet, club, school, age-group, state, national, or regional record.

04

Context

A performance that matters because of the athlete’s age, comeback, progression, ranking, or competitive field.

Submission Checklist

Send the details clearly.

The more complete the submission, the easier it is to verify. We need enough information to understand both the result and the reason it matters.

What to Include
Athlete name & club Full name, club, school, and age group if relevant
Meet name, date & location So we can verify and credit correctly
Event & official time Example: 100m Butterfly — 54.32
Why it is significant PB, qualifier, record, ranking, first sub-X, etc.
Photo, video, or result link Optional, but helpful for publication
Contact details In case we need to follow up before publishing
How It Works
01
Submit the swim

Fill in the form with the athlete, event, time, meet details, and context. Clear submissions are easier to review.

02
We review and verify

We check the result and decide whether the performance fits Atlas Poolside coverage standards.

03
Selected features go live

If selected, the athlete may be featured across @atlas_shotz and Atlas Poolside. We will tag and credit where appropriate.

Note: Submission does not guarantee coverage. All times must come from officially sanctioned meets. We do not cover unverified or informal time-trial results. Features are published at our discretion.

Big swims should not disappear after the results sheet.

Send us the performance, the context, and the official result. If it meets our editorial threshold, we will consider it for Atlas Poolside coverage.
